Photography with a passion for the 35mm analog format.

In between professional assignments, I engage in creative personal pursuits. There's something astonishing about turning fleeting experiences into lasting memories and merging everyday narrative with artistic representation. And accomplishing it all in one medium. For the past decade, I've been immersed in my love of analog format photography. Something about the requisite technical knowledge and creative eye, along with composition and an aesthetic approach, really appeals to me.

Extensive technical knowledge mixed with storytelling in a visual format. My education included odd photographic studies here and there. I learned the fundamentals, but this formal training did not result in a special affinity with the art form. Then I discovered the analog format.

Going analog forced me to slow down and to be more precise with each and every shot, which proved to be a game changer. I soon found myself delving into the depths of photographic techniques and previously unexplored technical features. Isolating myself from my surroundings and looking at the world through the viewfinder offered me a completely new perspective on life. After studying the all-time greats and learning to develop my own negatives through trial and error, I was completely captivated. So a lifetime fascination was born.
